It took a while to figure this toy out, but once we did, the cat was very happy with the catnip ball inside. Note that the ball can be pulled out by fully opening the avocado, but the intended (?) way is by only pulling out the green stone part, so that the ball is available for the cat to roll/lick/play. It also comes with a double-sided tape to attach the avo somewhere, but haven't tried that.
