I have a kitten that had problems with hard stool that stuck to his butt hairs, but no other symptom of sickness. I bought this complementary food and it really helps him to pass poop better, it's not a huge change - but does help. The other kitten also likes it. I mix a few spoons (not the amount recommended, but less) into their wet food so they have a more liquid/paste kind of meal, in other words, what normally would be recommended to do with water, I do it with this product.
